Capture the beauty of the island tropics with this smooth natural body oil, which condition as it moisturizes dry rough skin. Use as natural replacement for standard lotions or creams. For an intensive moisturizing body treatment apply right after bath or shower for an all-over body softening experience. Coconut oil can also be used as a treatment on hair to soften and smooth damaged hair.

For body, smooth on hands and apply to skin as needed. For hair: Place jar in warm water until liquefied and slightly warm, apply 1-2 teaspoons (varies by hair length and thickness) to hair and work from root to tip. Let oil sit for 15-20 minutes. Shampoo as needed.
