For Hot Tea: Just before water comes to a full boil, pour water over the tea bag and brew for 3 to 5 minutes, or to desired strength. Do not add sugar to it because it is naturally sweet.

For Iced Tea: Follow brewing directions above, then slowly pour into a tall, ice-filled glass. Add a slice of orange or lemon.
