Silybin is the most bioactive component found in the extract of Milk Thistle known as Silymarin. Silybin has been show to support the liver's free radical neutralizing ability, thereby promoting healthy liver detoxification mechanisms, as well as the maintenance of cell membrane stability. Silybin typically exhibits poor bioavailability; however, this clinical strength NOW product features Siliphos, a phytosome comprised of Silybin complexed with phosphatidyl choline, which has demonstrated absorbability of up to 4.6 times of standard Milk Thistle extracts.
Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 1 to 3 times daily.
Other Ingredients
Cellulose powder, cellulose (capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source) and silica.
Contains soy (phosphatidyl choline, non-gmo).
