Adults and children over the age of 12 take 2 capsules every four hours as needed, or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed 8 capsules in 24 hours. Not for use in children under the age of 12.

Other Ingredients: 5-HTP, american skullcap, calcium pantothenate (vitamin B5), dextrose, DL-phenylalanine, folic acid (vitamin B9), GABA, gelatin, l-alanine, l-aspartic acid, l-glutamic acid, l-glutamine, l-lysine HCL, l-threonine, l-tyrosine, magnesium stearate, st john's wort, and vervain.
Phenylketonurics: contains phenylalanine.

Stop and ask a physician if symptoms get worse or if suicidal thoughts occur, or melancholy or emotional upset persists continuously for more than 2 weeks. If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a physician before use. Do not take if you are taking MAO inhibitors or are immunocompromised. Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight or tanning (UV radiation) when using this product. Deprex may decrease the effectiveness of estrogenic prescription drugs, hormone replacement therapy and birth control pills.
Keep out of reach of children.
In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
Do not use if neck band seal is broken or missing.
