Garcinia Cambogia Green Coffee Bean Complex pairs Garcinia Extract with Green Coffee Bean Extract. They work together to tackle the stresses of dieting: Garcinia Cambogia works to help suppress the appetite while inhibiting fat production and the Chlorogenic Acid from Green Coffee Bean helps slow the release of glucose into the bloodstream, allowing stored fat to be used for energy.

As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules twice daily before meals with a full glass of water. For best results, drink plenty of water throughout the day. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
