For delicious and nutritious hot Millet Grits bring 3 cups water and 1/2 teaspoon salt to a boil. Add 1 cup of Millet Grits and reduce heat. Cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with milk and honey and add fruits and nuts as desired. Makes four servings.
