Shredded Wheat Pie Crust
Level of Preparation: Easy
Total Prep Time: 20 Minutes
2 Cups Arrowhead Mills Shredded Wheat
3 Tbsp. Butter or Hain Vegetable Oil
1/2 tsp. Seasoned Salt
1/3 Cup Arrowhead Mills Pastry Flour
2 Tbsp. Cold Water
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place all ingredients in food processor and process for approximately 1 minute. Pour mixture into 8" pie dish (do not oil) and press firmly along bottom and sides to form pie crust. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Fill with savory filling of choice and bake as required. (For sweet pie crust, omit seasoned salt, and add 2 Tbsp. honey.)
