Preheat the oven to 425ºF. Place the entire Scottish Oatmeal Scone Mix contents in a large bowl. Use a pastry cutter to cut the butter into the mix until it resembles small peas. Stir in the water to form a soft dough. Divide mixture in half. Turn out onto a floured work surface and pat into two 6" discs. Place on a greased baking sheet about 1" apart. Cut each circle into 6 wedges. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. For a fun variation try adding 2/3 cup of your favorite chopped nuts for a new twist.
