Serving suggestion: serve hot with Indian bread or steamed rice.
In a pan, empty entire contents of Kitchens of India's Fish Curry Paste, add 2/3 cups of water and 1 lb. firm white fish. Bring to a boil. Cover & simmer for 10 minutes or until fish is tender. If desired, add 2 tbsp grated coconut before boiling. Keep aside for 5 minutes and serve.
In a microwave bowl, mix entire contents of Kitchens of India's Fish Curry Paste, 2/3 cup water & 1 lb. firm white fish. Microwave on medium for 10 minutes or until fish is tender. Keep aside for 5 minutes and serve.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with roti, naan or steamed rice.
