When cooked, this California rice produces the aroma of a bamboo forests, a light vanilla taste and an explosion of health giving nutrients. Gluten and Wheat free
Do not rinse. Bring 1½ cups water, 1 cup of rice, and pinch of salt to boil over high heat. Cover, reduce heat & simmer 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Let stand covered for a few minutes. Fluff & serve.
A rice cooker may be used with the same water-to-rice ratio.
