Bob’s Red Mill Sweet White Rice is short grain white rice that is very sticky and has a mildly sweet flavor after it is cooked. It is typically used for sushi or rice pudding, but can also be milled to make sweet tice flour, a common ingredient in Asian dishes. This rice is often referred to as glutinous rice, which quite simply means that it is sticky.
Bob’s Red Mill is the most unique flour mill in the Northwest. We use century old stone grinding equipment to freshly mill whole grain products. Delight your family with whole grain goodness.
