Why The Concern? The long term health and environmental effects haven't been properly tested. That's why over 64 countries have placed significant restrictions, labeling laws, or outright bans on GMO products. Right now, the U.S.A. is not among them.
Avoid GMOS- Eat Organic! The best way to avoid GMOs? Eat organic; certified organic foods are prohibited from using GMO seeds. You can also avoid them by looking for the Non-GMO Project Verified seal.
