That's why I built my own bakery to make treats for you. In the south, we say "Bless Your Heart" in many situations. Like Grandpa just finished off all of the Sugar Cookies again-"Bless his Heart!" All ingredient are from natural sources: Organic cane sugar*, Dr. Lucy's flour blend (gluten-free oat, garbanzo potato starch, tapioca, sorghum and fava flours), soy milk*, palm fruit oil, canola oil, olive oil, filtered water, flavoring and citric acid from Non-GMO corn, sunflower lecithin, non-dairy lactic acid, baking powder, baking soda, potassium bitartrate, salt, xanthan gum, calcium carbonate, annatto extract color, cellulose gum.

Food Allergies? Lucy's cookies are made in our own carefully controlled bakery with specially selected ingredients. As an added precaution we test for trace amounts of milk, egg, gluten, peanut, almond, and hazelnut.
