For the Perfect Cup
Hot: Heat water to a rolling boil. Fill a cup and steep tea bag(s) for 4 plus minutes and remove.
Our Favorite: In a saucepan, warm 2/3 cup of your favorite Organic Edensoy and 1/3 cup of water. Add one tea bag per cup. Reduce the flame to low and steep 5 to 7 minutes. Remove tea bag and sweeten with organic honey or organic maple syrup.
Iced: For a glass of ice tea, brew as above. After steeping, cool and then pour into an ice filled glass. To make a pitcher of iced chai, we recommend using 4 tea bags to 1 quart Edensoy and water for 6 servings.
