Amolo (Phyllanthus emblica) is a fruit grown widely in Fujian Province of China. It has been used for centuries as a digestive aid, especially after a meal containing meats and oils. Amolo also has powerful antioxidant properties. A single Amolo fruit contains 20 times more Vitamin C than an orange. Recent clinical studies conducted in China have shown Amolo to lower lipid (fat) levels in the blood, correct light hypertension, reduce blood sugar levels in diabetics, and reduce weight as well as waist size without diet or exercise (use in conjunction with a diet and exercise program for best results).
