Fact: The antioxidant activity increases when the tea is boiled for longer than 10 minutes.
Pour 1 cup of boiling water over tea bag, steep for 5 minutes or pour two cups of water into your pot. Add one tea bag and boil it more than 5 minutes. The longer you boil it, the better it will taste!
For a great taste try it with milk, or cold mixed with your favorite fruit juice. Rooibos Tea can be used in baking and cooking. Substitute the liquid content in any recipe with an equal amount of ready made tea.
