In a pan empty entire contents of Kitchens of India's Malabari Chicken Stew Curry Paste and mix well with 300 ml (1 ¼ cups) water & 10 oz boneless chicken pieces, 2/3 cup peeled potatoes, 1/3 cup green peas, ½ peeled & cut carrots. Keep on stove top to heat. Once mix stars boiling, cover & simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Ensure complete cooking of chicken and vegetables.
In a microwave bowl, mix, all ingredients as mentioned in Pan Recipe above. Microwave on High (900 Watt) for 20 minutes. Ensure complete cooking of chicken and vegetables.
Serve hot with naan, bread or steamed rice.
