Here are some easy ways to add protein to your diet.
Remember, it comes from lots of different sources.
Add protein – and flavor – to veggies and whole-grain crackers with hummus and bean dips.
“Complementary proteins” can be eaten throughout the day to create a complete protein.
Examples: wheat and peas, lentils and walnuts, sunflower seeds and beans.
