Cinnamon Espresso Chocolate Clusters
8 ounces dark chocolate or 8 ounces dark chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pinch of espresso powder
1/3 cup whole almonds
1/3 cup dark sweet dried cherries or 1/3 cup dried cherry medley
Heat chocolate in double boiler or in the microwave until melted. Chocolate is delicate so watch carefully.
Add the cinnamon and espresso powder. Add nuts and dried fruits.
Mix together and spoon out onto wax paper in heaping teaspoons.
Let stand until firm, about 2 hours, or place in refrigerator.
