To Toast Organic Coconut:
Heat oven to 350°. Spread coconut in thin layer in shallow baking pan. Bake 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until light golden brown.
To Store Organic Coconut:
Store tightly closed bag of opened coconut in refrigerator or freezer for up to 1 year.
Organic coconut (shredded and dehydrated).
