Pour hemp milk into a bow. (*Hemp Milk: blend 1 c. water with ¼ c. ECO Hemp Seeds and 2 pitted dates.) Add to the hemp milk the chia seeds, cashews, sugar and a pinch of salt. Stir well and allow the chia seeds to soak up most of the liquid. Top porridge with your favorite raw and organic ECO dried berries or fresh fruit and nuts.
