For a delightfully nutty flavored hot breakfast cereal stir 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Rolled Spelt into 1-½ cups boiling water. Reduce heat and cook 10 to 15 minutes (time depending on the consistency that you like your cereal). Stir occasionally. Salt to taste. Serves 2.
Single Serving - Put 1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill Rolled Spelt with 3/4 cup water (salt optional), cook on high 3 to 5 minutes.
