1 cup Bob's Red Mill Kamut Flour
1 cup Bob's Red Mill Unbleached White Flour
1/2 cup dry instant Powdered Milk
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 cup Canola Oil
3/4 cup Water
Stir together dry ingredients; Add water and oil. Stir until well mixed. Knead in bowl 10 to 15 times. Roll out to 3/4" thickness and Cut into 2" squares or diamonds or cut with biscuit cutter. Place 2" apart on baking sheet. Bake at 450° for 8-10 minutes or until golden on top.
