100% Whole Wheat Bread for Bread Machines
Many people prefer a hearty loaf of 100% whole wheat bread. Especially when the main ingredient is 100% stone ground, high protein, hard red wheat flour. Here is Bob's favorite recipe:

|1 cup||Water||1-1/2 cups + 2 Tbsp|
|2-1/2 cups||Whole Wheat Flour||3-3/4 cups|
|1 1/4 Tbsp||Dry Milk Powder||2 Tbsp|
|1 tsp||Salt||1-1/2 tsp|
|1-1/2 Tbsp||Canola Oil||2 Tbsp|
|1-1/4 Tbsp||Sugar||2 Tbsp|
|1 Tbsp||Gluten||1-1/2 Tbsp|
|2 tsp||Molasses||1 Tbsp|
|2 tsp||Active Dry Yeast||3 tsp|
Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions. Let the loaf cool for 15 minutes before slicing.
