Step-by-step recipe for Arora Creations Punjabi Chhole (cho-ley)
You Will Need
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat for 1 minute. Add ginger, 1/4 cup chopped onions, 1 tomato, green chili, and let simmer for 1 minute. Add chick peas and stir constantly for 2-3 minutes. Then, add Arora Creations Punjabi Chhole Spice Blend and continue stirring for 2-3 minutes. Finally, mix in remaining chopped onion and tomatoes, stir evenly until desired texture and remove from heat.
Garnish with cilantro. Serve.
*For milder Chhole, use 1/2 of spice blend to start, add more until desired taste.
**Hint: Add 1/2 cup of water to mixture for extra sauce.
