Amy's Kitchen was started when our daughter Amy was born in 1987. We are a family business deeply committed to producing vegetarian natural and organic prepared foods that taste homemade. Amy's version of the traditional "Tom Kha," so popular in Thai restaurants, combines sweet, smooth coconut milk with gentle warming Thai spices, lemongrass, organic tofu, shiitake mushrooms, sweet potatoes and other organic vegetables. This delicate, flavorful soup is a fine introduction to Thai cuisine.
Heat and serve. Please do not overcook.
Coconut milk is solid at room temperature. Stir contents before heating.
The Kaffir lime leaf is added for flavor, but not recommended for consumption.
