¹Net Carbs: Subtract Fiber from Total Carbohydrates.
Prep: Place pizza stone in cold over. Heat oven to 425ºF. (For a crisper crust, use a pizza stone, for a softer crust, a pizza pan may be used.)
Mix: Combine entire contents of bag with 1/2 cup water and a pinch of salt (optional). Mix by hand, mixer or food processor until combined. If mixed by hand, kneading will be necessary to incorporate all the dry ingredients (an additional tablespoon of water may be needed). Form into a ball. Place on piece of parchment and roll into one 14" crust or two 10" crusts. Prick crust all over with fork.
Cook: Place crust onto hot pizza stone. Cook 9-11* minutes or until golden brown and delicious. Remove crust from oven and add toppings. Place back in oven and cook and additional 11-13* minutes or until cheese is melted.
