Bifun Rice Pasta is light and easy. It is twice steamed when made (before kneading and after extruding) so it needs just two minutes to cook. Transparent after being cooked, Bifun adds texture and sustenance to soups and salads. Ideal for pan fried noodle dishes.
To Prepare: Boil two minutes or soak in hot water for 10 minutes. Cold water rinse.
