Eden Spelt Udon is North American family farm organically grown spelt, ancient wheat that's said to make the spirit of man light and cheerful. Delicious in kombu shoyu soy sauce broth (dashi), stir fries, salads, soups, with a favorite sauce, or just sprinkled with gomasio (sesame salt). Low in sodium / a good source of protein. Eminently versatile and pure.
Cook in boiling water 8 to 10 minutes or until tender, drain, rinse, and serve.
