Pho is the national soup of Vietnam and usually takes at least half a day to cook to get the complex flavors of the broth just right. Luckily, we've done all the work for you! Our translation of this classic dish combines a savory, organic beef broth with the flavors of cinnamon, star anise, and peppercorns along with premium, fresh cooked Chinese - style Hokkien noodles topped off with scallions and bok choy. Microwave Cooking Directions:
No Microwave? Add 1 to 1 1/4 cups boiling water to soup base, toppings and noodles. Cover with lid and let stand 2 minutes.
