With a delicate Japanese broth that's completely vegan, Combined with premium, fresh cooked udon noodles and tofu, bok choy, and shiitake mushrooms, we can declare that umami has been achieved. We're sure that you'll agree! Just remember to show that you're in agreement and make sure to slurp your noodles.

Microwave Cooking Directions:
No microwave? Add 1 to 11/4 cups boiling water to soup base, toppings and noodles. Cover with lid and let stand 2 minutes.
Noodles: Wheat flour, water, tapioca starch, salt, lactic acid.
Soup Base: Naturally brewed soy sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt) shiitake mushroom extract*, seaweed extract, evaporated cane juice, rice wine, yeast extract.
Toppings: scallions*, maltodextrin, bok choy (Chinese mustard)*, deep-fried tofu*, red pepper*, shiitake mushroom*, guar gum.
