Baking Directions: For 1 1/2 pound bread machine: Put 1 1/8 cups warm tap water into machine. Locate and Remove the enclosed yeast packet. Then add the contents of this package of Potato Bread Mix, 2 Tbsp canola (or other) oil, and contents of the yeast packet. Put machine on basic white bread or medium setting. Turn on machine. Now enjoy this wonderful, moist potato bread.
