Net Carbs: Subtract Fiber from Total Carbohydrates.
Prep: You will need 4 tbsp of butter or coconut oil (melted) and 1 cup of water.
Mix: Mix entire bag of dry mix with the water and melted butter or coconut oil.
Cook: Warm butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Ladle 1/4 cup batter onto skillet. Pancakes will form little bubbles, when bubbles open, flip pancakes over and cook other side.
Remove from heat to a plate. Repeat process with remaining batter, adding more butter or coconut oil to your skillet as needed.
